Automatic alert if "keywords" are used
If you implement following functionality I know some customers who really appreciate that because no other tool allows to do it:
We need your nutshell functionality with a small add-on. It would be nice if we could get email alerts (like you already provide) that gives us an overview about who, where and when special keywords (we define regulary) are used in a tweet, post or blog. But not overall but in between my existing network. I know this kind of search is common but it is never restricted to my contacts. And exactly that would be a great advantage… more

Facebook Email being used without permission
I have been receiving emails from nutshell using my email account associated with my Facebook as well as the email i used for this account. I did not give permission anywhere in my account to use this other email. Now i get two updates everytime nutshell sends one and i cannot shut the other one off because it does not exist with my account. The email below is not associated with my nutshell account and frankly im scared nutshell will send promotions to this one as well that i cannot turn off.

Please put "unfollow" button back on Latest Quitters for the Twitter acount
NutshellMail has been very helpful managing my twitter accounts especially seeing latest quitters. However notice that the "unfollow" button has been missing. Can you put that back on? Was great way to manage.

Unsubscribe is not working!
When I try to unsubscribe it doesn't recognize my password. When I ask for a reset, and get the email and reset it, it still doesn't recognize my password. Just keeps taking me back to the login screen. I can't see anyway here to get tech support so I'm entering here. Help!

Fix missing numbers in Facebook summary
New bug: For at least a few wks, there have been no numbers in the Facebook summary beside Page likes, Page views, New likes, New comments. When I first started Nutshell, they were there.

Change page layout for your website
Your webpage layout is a waste of "real estate"... I kept clicking on the button to change my delivery schedule and expected it to pop up in the big white empty space next to the four orange button. Nothing seemed to happen, so I kept hitting the button or trying to refresh my browser page. Nothing - zip, zilch... until I thought to scroll down, and there it was: all the info I was looking for. What a waste of space... what were you thinking there?

Linked In Business Pages
allow Nutshell Mail users to monitor Linked In business page vs. monitoring personal profile. Allow company admin's to monitor business page instead of only getting personal profile updates.

There are so many places people can leave reviews for your company. It would be nice if you tried to include more and also if you could include comments posted on you blog

Make it so we can reply and update statuses from email.

Fix Twitter Reports
Fix your reports. I don't even recall when Twitter followers & quitters were accurate. FIX it or give up! You've earned a HUGE fail from me!

Don't short the urls
Did you change the original urls to short urls t.co style ? Users from china can't use your service any more since t.co don't work here....
