for Ning app, reliably report ALL new Forum postings & group postings by threads

To truly be useful, the NutshellMail app for Ning needs to reliably report ALL new Forum posts. It's only been reporting a portion of new postings in my Ning network lately, and I'm missing out on critical information.

        I am still not clear how to add my Ning networks...do "they" need to make this available to me? It was easy to add fanpages/facebook and twitter...but nothing allowing me to add Ning?
