Empty Wall posts on Facebook [updated]

When somebody comment on your status or another post in your profile, and Wall posts are checked in settings, the NutshellMail Facebook summary sended to the email is empty.

I want to block stupid apps like mafia, farmville, etc. But i have to go to FB then search for the post. It's a pain. Either let me "hide" it from the email like when I click the hide button on the post or link right to the post so I don't have to search for it.

I have been receiving emails from nutshell using my email account associated with my Facebook as well as the email i used for this account. I did not give permission anywhere in my account to use this other email. Now i get two updates everytime nutshell sends one and i cannot shut the other one off because it does not exist with my account. The email below is not associated with my nutshell account and frankly im scared nutshell will send promotions to this one as well that i cannot turn off.

New bug: For at least a few wks, there have been no numbers in the Facebook summary beside Page likes, Page views, New likes, New comments. When I first started Nutshell, they were there.

Presumably because of the way the HTML is written, NutshellMail emails appear in tiny font on the iPhone. They are just about legible in landscape mode but illegible in portrait mode. Since I catch up on tweets almost exclusively on the go the iPhone should be considered a first-class user interface for NM!

We are working to make our emails better optimized for mobile email clients. This is an issue that is not unique to NutshellMail. If you have difficulties reading your updates, you can always click the link at the top of your email to view the digest in a mobile web browser.

Look, I know what I tweet myself, so when I have nothing else than my own message, don't send me an Email. I'm currently only using NutshellMail for Twitter DM and replies, so I am sometime receiving a mail which is only my own message, doesn't make sense ;-)

Could there be a paid feature that allows the email to be more branded and to say that the email is coming from the name of the Ning network instead of Nutshell Mail? Also could it be made more compatible for a Ning network that only has the home page public, so that there are accurate icon images next to each post in the email? Thank you!

We must cap the number of Tweets to 200 in order to keep email file sizes within a range that will ensure that the message is delivered. This suggested feature has been considered, but is not on our immediate roadmap. If you would like to receive individual updates for different accounts, you can create a new account with a different email address or a modified address (many email clients enable you to use variations of your address; Gmail users can use a "+" sign to do this; name@gmail.com and name+1@gmail.com will deliver to the same gmail inbox.)

I don't want to add more social networks to get nothing. I want to know if I need to follow up or not. It doesn't help that it's impossible to read on a mobile device.

This issue has been resolved. Thank you for the feedback. If you believe that this feature is still not working, please contact support@nutshellmail.com. Also, please note that in an effort not to report false negatives, we process new quitters every three updates. This means that if a person unfollows your account, you will be notified within 3 NSM email updates.

Nothing seemed to happen, so I kept hitting the button or trying to refresh my browser page. Nothing - zip, zilch... until I thought to scroll down, and there it was: all the info I was looking for. Then I realized that, if you use Gmail (or Google Apps), you already have G+ right there at the top of your browser window when you are reading your email anyway. It has notifications too. So it seems kind of pointless to have an email sent to me to tell me what I am looking at while I am reading my email.
On the other hand, if you don't use Gmail or Google Apps (why not?), I guess it would be helpful.
