We do have the ability to filter out all posts that are not from the Page, though we probably want to avoid the complexity of supporting all three options. Once our Facebook Pages support is fully released, we will strongly consider changing the default to Page-only for personal Facebook accounts within Nutshell Mail.

We support the native Twitter RT.

Facebook Pages are now added as full-featured accounts. Email updates include everything you’d see for a personal Facebook account, like wall posts, comments, and photos in addition to fan/like count. You can get your Page in your update by clicking add Facebook in NutshellMail account settings.
