NutshellMail is best used to manage Twitter followers, unfollowers, search results and tweets from your Twitter Lists. We must cap the number of Tweets to 200 in order to keep email file sizes within a range that will ensure that the message is delivered. If you feel that you are missing a large number of tweets, we recommend using a real-time Twitter client in conjunction with NutshellMail.

This issue has been resolved. Thank you for the feedback. If you believe that this feature is still not working, please contact support@nutshellmail.com. Also, please note that in an effort not to report false negatives, we process new quitters every three updates. This means that if a person unfollows your account, you will be notified within 3 NSM email updates.

This suggested feature has been considered, but is not on our immediate roadmap. If you would like to receive individual updates for different accounts, you can create a new account with a different email address or a modified address (many email clients enable you to use variations of your address; Gmail users can use a “+” sign to do this; name@gmail.com and name+1@gmail.com will deliver to the same gmail inbox.)
