After speaking with many of our Network Admins, they would like the posts short within the email so that their users will enter the site if they would like to read the whole post.

We depend on these admins to continue to use and install our application, and increasing user re-engagement with their networks is something that the admins have asked us to support.

The current Ning API does not provide threaded discussions to third-party applications. We are working with Ning directly on this and several other API related issues and will include this feature if and when this is fixed by Ning.
